Using second equation of motion for gravity, we have

S = ut + 1/2gt^2

here, u = 0m/s, t = 5s and S = 5m
Putting values in the equation, we get

5 = 0 + 1/2g×25

5 = 1/2×25×g

10/25 = g

g = 0.4 m/s^2
