final velocity = 0(v)

initial velocity = ?(u)

by third equation of motion:-

v² - u² = 2gh

0² - u² = 2(-9.8)(2000)

-u² = -39,200

u² = 39,200

u = √39,200

u = 197.98

u = 198m/sec (approx)
