Howdy!!

your answer is ---

Given , height h = 500m

according to formula--

v^2 - u^2 = 2gh

=> 0 - u^2 = 2×10s

=> u^2 = 20× 500

=> u = √10000

=> u = 100 m/s

Let, object take t time come back

according to formula ---

v = u +at

=> 0 = 100+ 10t

=> t = -10sec

it means it take 10 second to come back

hope it help you
