for first 10 km
s1 = 10 km
speed = 100 m/s = 100 x 18/5 =360 km/h
time = distance/speed =10/360 =1/36 h

for second 10 km
s2 = 10 km
speed =50 m/s = 50 x 18/5 = 180 km/h
time = distance/speed =10/180 = 1/18 h

now,
      average speed =total distance/total time
total distance = 10+10 = 20 km
total time =1/36 +1/18 =1/12 h

avg. speed = 20/ 1/12 =240 km/h
240 x 5/18 = 200/3 m/s

time to travel the first 10 km = 10000/100 = 100 seconds.
time to travel next 10 km = 10000/50 =200 sec.

average speed = total distance / total duration = 20000 / 300   m/s
      = 66.667 m/s
