speed=totaldistance /totaltime

per hour=60 min

so for 4 sec it traveled 16m=16/4=4m per hour

for 2sec it travelled 16m=16/2=8min per hour

santhi: ok?
cyrus: thank you santhi
santhi: welcome

≡formula for finding speed///⌠S=D/T⌡
s-speed
D-distance covered
T-time take to travel
where the object travels 16m in 4s /where the speed is 16/4 = 4 m/s= 14.4km/s
where the another object gravels 16m in 2s /where the speed is  16/2 = 8m/s=28.8km/s

cyrus: thank you
