An object undergoes an acceleration of 8 m/s2 starting from

rest . Find distance travelled in 2 seconds.​

Initial velocity (u) = 0,

Uniform acceleration (a) = 8 m/s²

Time (t) = 1 s  

Distance travelled in 1 second

= ut + 1/2at²

= 0 + 1/2× 8 ×1²

= 4 m  Ans.
