an object undergoes an acceleration of 8m/sec^ starting from rest. find the distance travelled by it on one second.

Here, u = 0 ( bcz it starts from rest)

a = 8m/s²

t = 1 sec

Bu using,

S = ut + 1/2at²

Putting the values

S = 0*1/2*8*(1)²

Distance (s)= 4 metres
