An object weighs 10 N in air. When immersed fully in water, it weighs only 8 N. What will be the weight of the liquid displaced by the object??? Plz solve on paper

Given, Weight of an object in air =10N Weight of an object in water =8N
So, the weight of the liquid displaced by the object F= 10-8=2N
becausewe according to Archimedes’ Principle, buoyancy force = weight of the liquid displaced by the body.

According to Archimedes principle:
The upward buoyant force that is exerted on a whether fully or partially submerged body immersed in a fluid, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces and acts in the upward direction at the center of mass of the displaced fluid.
Loss of weight of object = wt of fluid displaced by it
loss of wt = (10-8) N= 2N wt of fluid displaced =2N
