hi bro ! The weight decreased 500 g or 0.5 kg ===> object displaced 500 g of water ====> object displaced 500 cm^3 of water ====> Volume of object is 500 cm^3

Density = mass/volume = 3 kg / 500 cm^3 = 3000 g / 500 cm^3 = 6 g/cm^3 this is answer you needed! I think this is helpful to you! !!!!!!
