The weight of liquid displaced is 2 N.
Reason : In the air the force acting is on mg.
but when immersed in water buoyant force acts on it in upward direction which is exerted by the volume of liquid displaced.S o from this we can get weight of liquid displaced.

nehalgoswami: what is the answer of this question

The weight of the object : 10 N

When it is immersed fully in water, buoyant force of water acts on the body, resulting in displacement of water from the container.

The Archimedes Principle states that :

When an object is immersed fully or partially in a liquid, it experiences an upward force which is equal to the weight of the object displaced.

According to this principle,

The weight of the object in the water : 8N

So the weight of the liquid displaced will be 2N

(10N - 8N)

Which is because of the buoyant force acting on the object by the water.

Hope it is clear :-)
