The reqd amount is 450. Square root of the original.

Step by step Answer:

No. of cadets = 202500
For a square,
area of square=square of its side.

So,
square of no. of cadets in each row = total no. of cadets

Therefore,
No. of cadets = square root of 202500

no. of cadets in each row = 450
