hey mate,

here is ur answer,

so given ,

diameter=14cm

radius=7cm

height=9m=900cm

To find the surface area of a cylinder add the surface area of each end plus the surface area of the side. Each end is a circle so the surface area of each end is π * r², where r is the radius of the end. There are two ends so their combinded surface area is 2 π * r²

so, surface area=2πr²=2(3.14)(7²)=98(3.14)=307.72cm²=3.07m²

so the total cost to paint=3.07(40)=122.8$

Step-by-step explanation:

diameter =14

*radius=7

height=900

CSA =2πrh

=2*22/7*7*900

=44*900

=39600 sq cm

cost =area *rate

= 39600*40

= 1584000rs

= 1584rs
