hello frnd!

here's ur answer...

we have to find the cost of painting the it's curved surface area and base.

so we will use CSA+1b formula.

given diameter is 3.5m

therefore radius is 3.5/2

=1.75m

height is 7m

CSA+1b of the tank=2πrh+πr²

=(2×22/7×1.75×7)+(22/7×1.75×1.75)

=(44×1.75)+(67.375/7)

=77+67.375/7

=539+67.375/7

=606.375/7

=86.625m²

cost of painting if per m² costs ₹5=86.625×5

=₹433.125

hope this helps..!

☆Hello friend☆

Lets take out area of curved part of cylinder whose formula=
2\pi \: rh
=2×22/7 ×3.5/2 m×7m
=2×22×0.5m×7m
=77m^2

Cost of painting per sq. m= Rs 5
Cost of painting 77 m^2= 77×Rs 5
= Rs 385
Area of base= 22/7×r^2
=22/7×3.5m/2×3.5m/2
=11×0.5m×1.75.
=9.625m^2
Cost of base=9.625×5
=Rs 48.1
Total cost= 385+48.1=
Rs433.1

Plz mark its a brainliest if it was helpful.
