M1=M,T1=60+273=333K
M2=M−M4=3M4 (as 1/4th part of air escapes)
If pressure and volume of the gas remain constant, then MT= constant
∴T2T1=M1M2=(M3M/4)=43
⇒T2=43×T1=43×333=444K=171∘C
