you have to deduct the iron tickness to calculate the volume

so effective length will be

l \:  = 25 - 2 \times 3.5 = 18 \: cm \\ b = 12 - 2 \times 3.5 = 5 \: cm \\ h = 110 - 3.5 = 106.5 \: cm \\  \\ so \: volume \: is \\ v \:  = l \times b \times h =  \\  = 18 \times 5 \times 106.5 \\  = 9585 \:  {cm}^{3}

9585 cm3
