An open swimming pool has dimensions 12m by 8m on its floor and it's height is 4m. If the wall of the floor of the pool have to be tiled by tiles of 50 square centimeter , how many tiles are needed?

l = 12m \:  \:  \:  \: b = 8m \:  \:  \:  \:  \: h = 4m \\  \\ sa = 2(lb + bh + lh) - 2lb \\  = 2h(l + b) \\  = 2 \times 4(12 + 8) \\  = 8(20) \\  = 160 {m}^{2} = 1600000 {cm}^{2}   \\  \\ tiles \: required =  \frac{1600000}{50}  = 32000tiles
