8.65° is the acceptance angle of the given problem.

Given:
Numerical aperture = 0.2
Refractive Index = 1.59
To find out : acceptance angle when I = 1.33
Solution:
Refractive Index: Refractive index is likewise refer to as refraction index or index of refraction. The speed of light in a medium depends on the characteristics of the medium. In electromagnetic waves, the speed is weak on the ocular mass of the medium.
Optical bulk is the trend of the atoms in a material to replace the captivated electromagnetic strength. The more optically thick material is, the more gradual the speed of light. One aforementioned sign of the ocular mass of a medium is the refractive index.

Let  be the acceptance angle for the given fiber.
\alpha = sin^-1 (\frac{Na}{No} )\\\alpha = sin^-1 (\frac{0.20}{1.33} )\\

\alpha = 8.65
So we get the acceptance angle as 8.65 degree.
