According to the given details, the reaction will be

C₇H₁₅Br → C6H₁₅C⁺ (Carbocation) + Br⁻.
The C₆H₁₅C⁺ that is formed in the reaction is a carbocation. In this carbocation, the central Carbon (C) atom will be forming 3 bonds with other atoms. Instead of forming a 4th bond, it will carry one positive charge.

When it is reacted with aqueous KOH, the carbocation will form C₇H₁₅OH, which is a racemic mixture. The racemic mixture is such that one structure will have a retention configuration and the other will have an inverted configuration. The obtained product is an optically inactive racemic mixture.
The attachment has the structures of the products of the racemic mixture.
