  • An electric fan works on the principle of wind-chill effect (it adds the heat to the area). 
  • This work of adding heat to the area by the fan can be detected in a fully isolated room.
  • Evaporation is the process that takes place on the surface of liquid while getting converted into the vapour (gas phase).
  • When the fan rotates along with circulating the air present in the area, it also evaporates the sweat (body heat) from the skin.
