\frac{40}{100}  =  \frac{6.7}{100}  \times k

 \frac{2}{5 }  = 67 \times k \\   \frac{2}{5}  \times 67 = k \\    \frac{2 \times 335}{5}  = k \\ 2 \times 67 = k \\ 134 = k
