Here's you answer

Divide all the percentage by the molar mass of the element each

\frac{21.56}{12} = 1.8 Approx

\frac{4.56}{1} = 4.56

\frac{73.36}{80} = 0.9

Now, taking the simplest ratio,

18 : 45 : 9

2 : 5 : 1

= 2 carbon atoms, 5 hydrogen atoms , 1 bromine atom

Now, the compound will be:

C₂H₅Br

The molecular mass is: 12 x 2 + 1 x 5  + 80 x 1

= 24 + 5 + 80 = 109
