An overhead tank has 4670 litres of water. If 2770 litres of water is added more to the tank, what is the total amount of water in the tank? Give any two ways in which we can conserve water.

Cpacity of water in the tank = 4670 litres

Cpacity of water which is to be added in the tank = 2770 litres

So, to find the total amount of water in the tank we need to add 4670 with 2770

= 4670 + 2770

= 7440 liters

So, there will be 7440 litres of water in the tank

1. Turn of water while brushing your teeth.
2. Use the water left in your school bottles for watering the plants.
