ANSWER:-

Given:

An overhead water is in the shape of a cylinder has capacity of 616 litres. The diameter of tank is 5.6m.

To find:

Find the height of the tank.

Solution:

An overhead water tanker is in the shape of a cylinder has capacity of 616 litres.

As we know that, 1litre=0.001m³

⏺️The volume of the cylinder= 0.616m³

⏺️Diameter of the cylinder= 5.6m

⏺️Radius of the cylinder = 5.6/2= 2.8m

Volume of the cylinder= πr²h

=) 0.616= 3.14 × 2.8² ×h [π=3.14]

h =  \frac{0.616}{3.14  \times 2.8  \times 2.8}  \\  \\  =  > h = 0.025m

In Centimeter= (0.025 × 100)cm

=) 2.5cm

Hence,

The height of the tank is 2.5cm.

Hope it helps ☺️
