Step-by-step explanation:

1st year ;

rent increased

 = ( \frac{2500 \times 5 \times 1}{100} )

 =rs 125

rent in 1st year ;

( {2500 + 125})

 = rs \: 2625

2nd year

rent increased :

( \frac{2625 \times 5 \times 1}{100} )

rent in 2nd in year

Monthly Rent = 2500

Annualy Rent = 2500 × 12

=30000

Rate = 5%

Time = 2 yrs

Simple Interest (SI) = (P × r × t) /100

= (30000 × 5 ×2)/100

= 3000

Annualy Rent After 2Years = 30000 + 3000

= 33000

So, Monthly Rent after 2 years = 33000/12

= 2750 Rs.
