Area between the two consecutive ribs of umbrella = 794.81 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Radius of the circle = 45 cm

The number of ribs in the umbrella = 8

Measure of one complete angle = 360

Area formed by one rib = 360/8

                                        = 45°

So, Area between the two consecutive ribs of umbrella = Area of one sector

⇒ Area between the two consecutive ribs of umbrella = 45/360 × π × radius²

⇒ Area = 794.81 cm²
