One day the author had went to a chateau in Picardy ,to meet his friends , when it was dinner time the author could smell some practical joke in the air and so decided to take precaution . At night the author took a glance of the room ,and decided to sleep down with the bed ,after a long sleep suddenly something heavy felt on him he got scared and started to hit the thing which was in front of him , he went out and saw it was day already ,hearing the noise his friends came rushing to see what happened , when they checked the room it was the valet who felt because of the bed thinking it as mattress .
