A 6% solution contains 6 g of the compound in 100 ml of solution.
Mass of compound present in 1 litre of solution = 6o g
Let M be the molar mass.
Concentration = 60 g/litre = (60/M) moles/litre
Active mass(given) = 2
Therefore, 60/M = 2
Molar mass M = 60/2 = 30.
