Answer: True

Aerobic exercises involves those initial physical exercises in which the demand of oxygen of the body is met during exercise to all the body parts, but when the the exercises covers a particular time frame the level of oxygen depletes in the body. Especially, in the muscles the oxygen level depletes considerably. The lack of oxygen is called as anaerobic respiration. The body will require the heart to pump more amount of blood, with the increase in demand of oxygen in the body. The body intensity to expel out carbon dioxide and intake of oxygen increases considerably. The heart, respiratory system and the muscular system works in a synchronized manner.

Hence, the statement anaerobic and aerobic exercises are important in developing cardiorespiratory fitness is true.

"Especially, exercise provides to develop not only fitness but also increase the functioning of all the body parts. Aerobic exercise is doing exercise physically in the supply of oxygen.

While doing physical exercise there occurs the depletion of oxygen in the body. Which leads to  anaerobic condition that is low oxygen intake in the body for respiration. At that time the body releases more amount of carbondioxide and intake oxygen from the atmosphere.

In the anaerobic condition the muscles, the heart and the respiratory system works simultaneously to increase the oxygen supply in the body.

Hence, the statement anaerobic and aerobic exercises are significant in acquiring cardio-respiratory fitness is true."
