Analogous behavior of water is when water, unlike other substances expands on cooling from 4°C to 0°C

only in water, the volume of water decreases until it is heated to 4 degree celsius, and then it starts increasing, unlike any other liquid. therefore volume of water is 4 degree celcius and not at 0 degree celsius. this property of water is called anamalous behaviour.
