Five positive effects are :-
1) For consumers a wide variety of good quality products at a low price were available which led to a higher standard of living.
2) Local industries supplying raw materials to the MNC's also prospered.
3) Jobs were created in industries like automobile, phones etc.
4) Many Indian companies also emerged as MNC's and began spreading their operations worldwide. Ex Tata Motors.
5) New services were created in the Information and Technology sector.
