Second-generation gender bias is a form of discrimination against women because their practices reflect the values of the men who created the setting, which is often the workplace. Gender bias is one of the most regularly appearing biases shown in the workplace, as opposed to racist bias or personal bias.

Examples

  1. Sexual harassment. An obstacle that many women face in the workforce is sexual harassment
  2. Fear of asking to be paid what you're worth.
  3. Women are promoted less often than men.

Hope this helps u...thnx

Answer:

the answer is based on my personal experiences.

Explanation:

like I said above, I am from an upper middle-class family girl. there are not so many problems but at some point I can feel that gender biases. I have one sister and one small brother. my family treats us very well. but when it comes to our manners, it differs. you should not do this or do that is greater with the girls. I don't understand, why can't they have the same rules for both of us?

why is a boy looked at as an ATM and a girl looked like a good cook, a responsible one why? why? they came both be. there is a change. people are accepting the new thoughts of the new generation. but this change needs to be fast. this male-centered society has given the men a bad man ego, because of which many girls, women suffer.

think because of gender biases there is less participation from the girls. the talent dies there itself without being recognized, without being appreciated, or maybe without being known.

if this ends, our country will successfully lead the path to development and success.
