3#people who are in search of better living conditions or jobs would migrate to those countries where MNCs have set up their production units.hence we can say that it also stimulates the flow of labour.
We all know that globalisation is the connection of domestic market with international markets on the conditions of free flow of labour,capital investments and and free flow of Trade and all these three conditions are fulfilled by mncs ,hence we can say that they help in expansion of process of globalisation and it is very important for globalisation.
