The sentence - I refuse to accept that all the laws of Constitution, police and judges are unable to protect our children - it is the sentence Right to Life which was written in the Constitution at the article 21. In this article people have their personal life, they have right to choose which will be right of their or wrong for their life. They can protest, because this is duty of police to protect people's life. So if they are doing any wrong people will survive.
