The oxygen gas is must for a organisms' life to sustain. this is because oxygen is reactive and it reacts to give energy. it has various compound which are also compulsory for the sustainance of life, like; C6H12O6 is energy. you can see an oxygen molecule there. Third gas is carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide is needed by the plantea kingdom to survive. We need oxygen for respiration while plants need carbon dioxide for respiration. If there would be no crbon dioxide then the plants would die and if there is no oxygen the other living organisms would die. Every gas in the atmosphere is important.
