Unemployment rate

With the increase of social grants, people are earning a livelihood from the government and other institutions without going to work. this will eventually make those eligible for social grants to relax and depend on what is being provided for them rather than going to work. The number of employed people will continue to decrease since people would rather depend on what is being provided to them rather than going to work.

Teen mother's

Teen mother will have an increased ability to raise their kids. Essentially the number of teen mothers is bound to increase as they all know that they have a way to survive.
