Although considerable efforts are being made by many Governments and other entities in tackling waste-related problems, there are still major gaps to be filled in this area. The current practices of e-waste management in Uganda suffer from a number of problems such as informal recycling, inadequate legislation, lack of awareness from the stakeholders and limited government efforts. In addition to these e-waste management challenges, this paper also discusses the strategies to address this emerging problem in Uganda, considering related efforts in some regions such as Asia-Pacific, Europe and elsewhere in Africa. The paper mainly focuses on Mobile phone e-waste, with emphasis on safe disposal and recycling strategies.

ANALYSIS OF e-WASTE COMPUTER :

Introduction: In the modern age of technology we are widely using different electronic gadgets and equipments which are mostly made out of non-biodegradable materials. And when these electronic gadgets become no longer usable ,they are thrown away in the garbage as the e-waste materials.

Consequences: As mentioned previously these gadgets and equipments are made out of non-biodegradable materials such as plastic,vinyl,pvc etc. That's why the further processing of these e-waste materials are very difficult as compared with the other waste materials.That's why these e-waste materials cause a wide amount of land pollution.

Conclusion: In order to save our environment from the pollution of these waste materials,we need to recycle and uplcycle these non-biodegradable waste materials. And it's the only available solution which we can do to solve this problem.
