Analysis of two oxides of mercury gave the following results. 1.025g of mercuric oxide gave 56.5ml of oxygen measured at 15°C and 750mm pressure. 1.895g of mercurous oxide gave 54.3 ml of oxigen at 15°C and 750mm pressure. Show that these data are in agreement with law of multiple proportions​
