By this paragraph i understood that In government schools only 10 percent of students are speaking English and 35 percent are speaking in hindi. In private schools more than 30 percent are speaking in English and 15 percent of them are speaking in hindi. in KVs more than 20 percent of students are speaking in English and more than 25 percent are speaking in hindi. in government schools most of the students are speaking in hindi and in private schools most of them are speaking in English.
