- Place the cursor near to the cell were we want to create space.
- Right click and select insert row/column.
Explanation:
- From the All programmes select the start menu and the open the Microsoft excel .
- The horizontal cells are rows and the vertical cells are column will be given.
- The Columns are denoted as C1, C2, C3,........ and the rows are denoted as R1, R2, R3............
- The data or values of the marks of each subject was entered in the sheet by selecting the rows and columns.
- To find the sum, average, difference for the data entered various formulae are used.
