Mala Traveled 0.5 km More

Step-by-step explanation:

Anbu travelled from A to C via B

Distance traveled by Anbu =  A to B    + B to C

A to B  = 8.3 km

B  to  C = 15.6 cm

Distance traveled by Anbu = 8.3 + 15.6

= 23.9 km

Mala travelled from A to C via D

Distance traveled by Mala =  A to D    + D to C

A to D  = 7.5 km

D  to  C = 16.9 cm

Distance traveled by Anbu = 7.5 + 16.9

= 24.4 km

24.4 > 23.9

24.4 - 23.9  = 0.5 km

Mala Traveled 0.5 km More
