Here is a really basic calculation:
(Handle Time * Calls) = Basic Seconds required
Seconds required / shrinkage % = Total Seconds actually required
Total required / Working seconds in day = Base FTE
BUT Remember this takes NO account of queuing or contact arrival distribution.
