a. The speaker took the decision to choose the road which is grassy and less travelled thinking that it would make all the difference in his life .
b. The speaker took the other road thinking that it would make differences in his life but he regretted his decision that he took the robed less travelled in fact he wanted to take both road but being one traveller he could only travel one road at a time. So the speaker was not happy about his decision.
c. The narrator is discussing about the morning when he left the first road for another day.
