Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

3x - 7y = -10

-3x + y = 3

ADDING BITH,

-6y = -7

y = 7/6

Putting the value of y in first equation,

3x - 7y = -10

= 3x - 49/6 = -10

18x - 49 = -60

18x = -11

x = -11/18

2 × (3 x - 7 y= -10)

3 × (-2 x + y = 3)

6x - 14y = -20-----(1)

-6x + 3y = 9 ---------(2) (adding)

-------------------

-13x = -11

x = 11/13 ......ans.....

put x = 11/13 in equ-----(1)

we get,

\frac{11}{13}-7y = -10

\frac{33}{13}-7y = -10

7y = \frac{33}{13}+10

7y = \frac{33+130}{13}

7y = \frac{193}{13}

y = \frac{193×7}{13}

y = \frac{1351}{13}......ans.....
