The poet was felling depressed and hopeless. So he was not in a good mood. He was standing under a hemlock tree. Suddenly a crow shook dust of snow on him. The small and simple incident changed his mood. He realized the fact that he was spoiling his time and decided to enjoy the remaining part of the day.

in this line, the poet Robert frost says that when the dut of snow fell of him, his mood changed and his day became good, as the other whole was destroyed, coz of his bad mood.
