10-³ is less than 10-⁴
for example:-
(1\10)³ and (1/10)⁴
therefore 1*1*1/10*10*10=1/1000 and 1*1*1*1/10*10*10*10=1/10000

and since 10000 is greater than 1000 so,he is true
