Aneeta's teacher told her that a tadpole breathes through gills. Aneeta had read in her science book that tadpoles are baby frogs. She is wondering why tadpoles need gills. Can you explain the reason to her? (Hint: Where do tadpoles live?)

Answer:

because tadpoles live in water and the animals who live in water should have gills to breathe.

Answer:

It is so as tadpoles do not have legs or anything to help them move on land thus they are restrained to watery habitats so as they cannot come up to the surface for air they need gills to breathe underwater however, they lose there gills when the evolve and grow back legs but they still retain some of their natural ability to survive underwater though not for more then a few minutes

u can use this exactly in your answer I have given it in proper format for you
