Anger leads to irrational thinking. Which leads to irrational actions. Which leads to destruction. Which leads to problems that could have been prevented by controlling our anger. It is often said that anger is a letter away from danger as it is dangerous, for the person who is angry and for the people around them. Sometimes, when we are angry, we do things that later regret. We wish we could turn back time but we can't. People also say some things to their loved ones, they obviously don't mean it but it ruins the relationship. Therefore, it is advised to keep calm at all times, even during annoying or maddening situations, take deep breathes and think and act rationally. Don't make mistakes you'll regret later in life.
