Now area of traingle = 1/2 * 5 * 12 = 30 cm²,
Which is also equal to 1/2 * 13 * AD,
=> 1/2 * 13 * AD = 30 cm²,
=> AD = 60/13 cm,
So therefore Area = 30cm² And AD = 60/13 cm,
