A+B+C=180 (angle sum property of triangle)

2x+3x+1x=180

6x=180

x=180/6

x=30

so, A=2x=2x30=60

     B=3x=3x30=90

     C=1x=1x30=30

as angle ACB=30 degree

so, ACB+ACE+DCE=180 (linear pair)

      30+90+DCE=180

      120+DCE=180

      DCE=180-120

      DCE=60

 

therefore  DCE=60 AND ACB=30
