There is no angle between a tangent and a circle.
Becasue,
A tangent is a line that emerges from a joint where two infinetly points close where only one point of the line is at the circle.
Or otherwise, it is the line that intersect the circles exactly at a single point.
The intersection occurs is named as the point of tangency, no other tangent can pass through this point unless otherwise it lays on position of the exact tangent previously drawn.
